Alia Farid’s At the Time of the Ebb is part of the new collections’ display of the Bonnefantenmuseum: Beating around the bush #6: Scenes from the Anthropocene. Since 2014, the Bonnefanten has been presenting its collection in an explorative way in the exhibition programme Beating around the bush. In different episodes, both the fixed values and the ‘quiet reserve’ of the collection are brought into dialogue with new and proposed acquisitions. Bonnefantenmuseum, Maastricht, The Netherlands
